PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update after you receive it.

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders — no minimum required.

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Luvinae is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in your country. If you are unsure about your country's import policies we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of your expected delivery date. Include your order number and a description of the issue and we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please note that Luvinae is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or any secure locations around your property before contacting us.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Luvinae is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
